Ella Necklace (Clear Baby Blue Evil Eye on 18” Cable Chain)

I ordered a necklace, was very excited, when it came it was all messed up. I reached out to them and after MANY attempts, they said they would re-send. Shortly after, “the closed the shop”. Although… the site doesn’t seem shut.

Gave them thew wrong address (google pay issue) and immediately emailed them. Never received any reply beyond an auto reply I hear from someone in a few hours. Emailed 3 more times with correct address. Never any sort of acknowledgement. Luckily for me I live near the wrong address and was able to incept the package. Would never order from this company again.

Love how minimal and chic this is. Can dress it up or down so easily.
