When I received this necklace it was damaged. Some of the material/metal had already chipped off. I sent an email over explaining the issue along with photos, and just like that, they offered to send me a replacement or a different necklace at that. I went with the same LA Necklace. Just got it in the mail and it’s perfect. So cute. Extremely thankfully for the quick and kind costumer service that I received. No issues. No problems. Replacement sent and it’s exactly as the photo in the website. Perfect.
