Jessie Hoops

I was shorted a pair of happy huggie earrings on the first shipment. I sent 2 inquiries and no response. I then sent another inquiry about the second part of my order that has not shipped and order was placed over 4 weeks ago and have gotten no communication from the company. This is a terrible business practice. order#STAR2319379. I would love some communication about my missing items or I will have to dispute the charges. I have communicated in 3 separate contact us links and no response from this company.

I love them and was so excited to wear them but the earring post snapped off the first time I tried putting them in.. going to try and contact customer service about it

These hoops are the perfect size, not too big and not too small. They are great for me to wear everyday but also to events were you are required to dress up. I have gotten many compliments and have ordered many pieces of jewelry from this shop since.
