First of all, cannot get anyone to respond in a timely manner. Second of all, the three items I purchased were bought on 9/25, but I could not get tracking information. I have messaged this company on IG, via email, and have made comments on their FB page - all of which took over four days for a response. Then the response I received was that my items were lost and they were going to send them out the next day (this is now 10/7), and I should receive 3-4 days...it just now arrived (10/14). And then I look at the stamp - it wasn't lost, they never dropped it in the mail. AND THEN...they sent two of the same items (I only ordered one of them), the ring I ordered is not included (no communication about this), and the "special order" bracelet is way too small. As they are responding via IG, I get a response that my ring was delayed from a separate order from Italy (I call BS), and I immediately tell them I don't want the ring, I want to send this all back, and just get a refund. Horrible customer service, lack of common courtesy of communication, and not worth any of this hassle. Huge shame because I want to support small American businesses, but not when you cannot get in touch with anyone in a timely manner, and you are told the wrong information over and over. BUYER BE WARE.
